III Republican creative contest among children and youth with disabilities "We - the citizens of Russia!" launched

The contest is held by the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan and Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired in order to improve civil and political culture of children and youth with disabilities, to stimulate interest in learning the history of the institution of elections and electoral legislation.

The Competition is open to children and young citizens with disabilities between the ages of 7 to 30 years old and residing in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. Nominations: "We choose  by  heart and verse" (literary competition), "Drawing the elections" (art contest), "I  am  future voter" (competition of arts and crafts).
