June 1, the XII International theater festival of Turkic peoples "Nauruz" opens in Kazan

We invite you to the events of the XII International theater festival of Turkic peoples "Nauruz", which  to be  opened in Kazan on  June 1.

June 1st. 11.00 – start  of  the press conference, with the participation of artistic  leadership,   chairman of the board of the festival Alexei Bartoshevich. Venue: Press Center.

June 2nd. 16.30 - press conference, "The youngest Russian theater?". Speakers: Crimean Tatar State Theatre. Venue: Press Center.

June 3rd. 10.30 - press breakfast "meeting with the Istanbul State Theater. About  the international competitionof   plays to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Turkish playwright Haldun Taner". Venue: Press Center. 19.00 – Lecture  by  Oleg Loyev "Oriental motifs in the European theater." Place: Center for Contemporary Culture "Change".

 

June 4. 16.30 - Round table "" Nauruz "-2015: Kazakh theater". Speakers: Representatives of Kazakhstani theaters participating in the festival. Venue: Press Center.

June 5th. 10.00 - International conference " Vector of Development  of  Theatre: East-West." Speakers: influential Turkic, European and Russian theater. Venue: Residence of the creative industry, "SHTAB", Tatarstan 20.

Admission to all events on accreditation badges.

We  remind  XII festival "Newroz" will be held in Kazan from  June 1 to 5. At  all  the theaters of Kazan  the best performances of the theaters of the Turkic world   to be shown. The repertoire of the XII «Nauruz" is particularly diverse: here  W.Shakespeare "Tiit" and "The Taming of the Shrew" and ethnic parable "The Legend of Korkut", "Ayraz Batyr" and contemporary drama and classic national drama. Among the performances of the participating directors - iconic names Barzu Abdurazakov, Ayrat Abushakhmanov Farid Bikchantaev, Jonas Vaitkus, Sergei Potapov, and many others.
