In a village Shapshi of the Vysokogorsky region the III Final round of the Republican festival of Tatar folklore "Iske Kazan tugyaryak uyeny" will be held

May 30,   in a village  Shapshi   of the  Vysokogorsky  region  the  III Final round  of the Republican festival of Tatar folklore "Iske  Kazan tugyaryak uyeny." It will bring together 50 collectives and individual performers, among them: 22 - folk groups; 8 - instrumental ensembles; 20 - individual performers. Start listening at 9.00 am

 By results  of the competitive view  the  winners and diplomants  will be determined, and the best collectives   represent the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian festival of Tatar folklore "Tugyaryak uyeny" in a Cheboksary city. In addition, all participants of the III tour will participate in the celebration of the Tatar Folklore, which will be held on the same day at  the "Museum of the fortress"  of  Iske-Kazan Museum.  Beginning at 14.00.

The republican festival of Tatar folklore "Iske  Kazan tugyaryak uyeny" was first held in 2010   with the participation of the Iske Kazan State  cultural, historical and natural museum reserve of the Vysokogorsky municipal  region  and Arsk Teachers College. In 2011   it  also  wad held  with their support.

The  year  2012 was  marked   by full  transition  of   the  festival to a territory  of  the municipal region.  The events were held  on the base  of a Central Aeroclub  of  RT  DOSAAF   of Russia (Kurkachi,  RT  Vysokogorsky  region) and   Iske Kazan State cultural, historical and natural museum reserve.

In 2015, the I  round   of the festival has been held  at  the regions  and cities of the Republic of Tatarstan, the  II zonal tour was  held in Kukmorsky, Cheremshansky, Rybno -Sloboda, Bavly, Tukaevsk, Verkhneuslonsky municipalities.

The purpose of the festival: the preservation of the traditional culture of the Tatar people, art education of children by means of folklore, creating favorable conditions for realization of creative interchange of collectives-participants , the search and implementation of the artistic potential of talented original collectives.

The Festival, in accordance with the Regulations of the National Festival of Tatar folklore "Iske  - Kazan tugyaryak uyeny" conceived as a festival of authentic folklore. "Tugyaryak uyeny" - the youth game, characteristic of all ethnic groups of Tatars. The basis of the game laid the ancient ritual, therefore  it is so popular  not only  among  the Tatars,  but  other peoples.

The festival is traditionally held in the following nominations:

- Best folklore-ethnographic  adult group;

- Best folklore-ethnographic group for children;

- The best folk-dance collectives ;

- Best vocal group;

- Best vocalist;

 - Best Performer of  Muslim Bait and Munajat;

 - Best Instrumental staff;

  - The best performer on the traditional musical instruments;
