Rustam Minnikhanov attended the opening of the club in a village Maltsevo

Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has today attended the opening of a rural club, which was erected in a village Maltsevo within its own region’s program. Previously, such clubs from pine timber were opened in Garya, Tatarsky-Dyum Dyum, Kolosovka.

Unlike of them, in a village Maltsevo, the club was built of the sip-panels: a material of a new generation, retains heat well. Congratulating the villagers with the opening of a new club, Acting President of Tatarstan said: "We should preserve   appearance, image of the village, and at the same time, we believe that agriculture - one of the important directions. Those products that are imported from other countries, are not the best quality, the best products - the ones that we ourselves produce. All our programs are focused on serious support for the village, and they would continue to be implemented. I am very impressed by Gennady Emelyanov’s position that involves all these programs and programs of the municipality. Maybe the club in Maltsevo is not such a big one, but what the village needs? Gas, water, roads, jobs - and if there is no club, schools and shops, the area loses its appeal. If people have a job and everything you need, they are happy to live in this territory.

Moreover, Rustam Minnikhanov handed villagers certificate for 100 thousand rubles to strengthen the material base of club.

"The decision to build a new club was taken due to the fact that the old club, which was built in 1956, was in poor condition, and did not meet the modern needs of the village. In recent years, there is an active development in Maltsevo:  new people come , build houses. Clubs have always been the center of village life, where people of all ages socialize and have a good time together. The new club, I hope, will be just such a place, "- said head of   the Yelabuzhsky region Gennady Emelyanov, congratulating the villagers on the opening of the House of Culture.

The club has 50 seats, here   a souvenir shop and a workshop for making rag dolls by which residents of Maltsevo and Pospelovo are famous are to be opened.

In just 5 years, in the  Yelabuga  region,  6 rural clubs and 3 multi-functional center  have been  built and repaired.

At the conclusion of his visit to Maltsevo Rustam Minnikhanov  laid flowers at the monument to soldiers who died in   the World War II. This obelisk  has been  upgraded to the 70th anniversary of the Victory.
