Easter Festival of Valery Gergiev in Kazan

On April 29, one of the concerts of the XIV Moscow Easter Festival will be held in Kazan. The State Grand Concert Hall named after S. Saidash will present the Mariinsky Theatre Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Valery Gergiev. The soloists Albina Shagimuratova (soprano), Mikhail Kazakov (bass), Pavel Miliukov (violin) and Bekhzod Abduraimov (piano) will take part in a program. The concert starts at 18.00.

Fourteenth Moscow Easter Festival is held from April 12 to May 9, 2015, and is dedicated to the significant dates - the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the 175th anniversary of the great Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Part of the festival is dedicated to the coming XV International Competition after P.I. Tchaikovsky, which will be held in Moscow and St. Petersburg from June 15 June to July 3, 2015.
