Dear friends!

Please accept my sincere congratulations on the International Day for Monuments and Sites, which is celebrated around the world since 1983.

Our country has a rich history, has left us a unique historical and cultural heritage. Saving them for posterity - awareness of their roots, the basis of the creative future of our children.

In Tatarstan under the protection of the state today are more than 1500 objects of cultural heritage, which are regularly visited by millions of tourists from different parts of our country and the world. Pride of Tatarstan Kazan Kremlin - a World Heritage Site. Significant event in 2014 was the inclusion of historical and archeological complex of Bulgaria in the list of World Cultural and Natural Heritage.

On the International Day for Monuments and Sites let me to express my gratitude to the restorers, architects, archaeologists, historians, ethnographers, cultural workers for your hard, noble and selfless work.

I am sure that our heritage is under the protection of the state and the public!
