The culture of our country is developing rapidly. 2014 - Year of Culture in Russia and Tatarstan - was very saturated:  the  Bolgar was included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kazan bore the title of the cultural capital of the Turkic world, a lot of interesting and important projects - festival, exhibition, theatrical ones. In 2014,  25 objects of cultural heritage were reconstructed, a huge work to strengthen and modernize the material basis of cultural institutions. Activities to further developing  cultural potential of our country continues this year, announced by the President of the Russia   the Year of Literature.

In many ways, our success - is the result of your dedicated and selfless work, dear colleagues! Professionals in the field of culture - the specialists of a  special "rank", on  their activities depends largely  the formation of imperishable  values ​​of life - such as spirituality, morality, love of neighbor and the Fatherland. Without culture  it  is impossible to talk about national identity, the preservation of folk traditions, the upbringing  the sense of patriotism and tolerance in  the younger generation. Culture, intellectual property, creative achievements - an essential resource for the development of society.
