Rustam Minnikhanov: Despite the difficult economic conditions, we will continue the implementation of social programs

Funding  of  30 social programs for the development of national territories and improving  the quality of life  in  Tatarstan  keeps going. This was stated by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov during his working trip to Leninogorsk municipal region where he checked verified  progressing  of the construction and maintenance of a number of regional social facilities.

One of the sites visited by the President of Tatarstan, was the Leninogorsk Palace of Culture  where in preparation for the 60th anniversary of the city  reconstruction unfolded.

Today it is the only place in town for holding large-scale events of regional and national levels. The building fell into disrepair and needed updating. The object is planned overhaul:  holding internal and external finishing, repair, network engineering, purchase of  new equipment and furniture. All works must be dispensed in 130 million  rubles. Tatarstan President proposed to shape  the Palace of Culture in the oil categories. "We need to make sure that people are able to learn about the history of Tatarstan oil industry. We  should  hang relevant paintings, photographs of  the heroes-oilers. The city has of what  can be proud of, so builders need to work in this direction ", - instructed   R. Minnikhanov.
