Festival "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" - 15 years

In 2015, the Public TV youth festival of pop art "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" celebrates its 15th anniversary. In honor of the anniversary the zonal stages for the first time will be held in cities and towns of the Republic of Tatarstan, and in the cities of Crimea (Kerch, Sevastopol, Bakhchisarai). Qualifying rounds were launched on January 12, will last about three months; the final competition and gala concerts are scheduled for April.

The XV open TV youth festival of pop art "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk-2015" is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. One of the conditions for participation in the festival is the performance by the contestants of an issue  devoted to the events of the most terrible war of the XX century. On the eve of the great holyday, in April-May 2015, the   concerts of winners of the festival will be held at the flagship  of  Russian Black Sea Fleet - the missile cruiser "Moskva" (Sevastopol), as well as in the cities of Tatarstan.

The final concert of the festival will be held on April 25, 2015 in CEC(KRK) "Pyramid" in Kazan. To take part in a gala concert as guests of honor the  President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, authorized  representative  of the President of the Russian Federation for Children's Rights Pavel Astakhov, People's Artist of the USSR Vasily Lanovoi, Secretary General of TURKSOY   Dyusein  Kaseinov have been invited. Special guests of the gala will be singers and vocal groups of TURKSOY.

Public television Youth Festival "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" - the largest creative and public   project, created with the patronage of the first president of the Republic of Tatarstan  M. Shaimiev,   and supported by the current president R.N. Minnikhanov. Thanks to the festival and year-round festival movement, gifted children Republic of Tatarstan have the opportunity to speak to the general public, to grow and improve in terms of creativity. The festival opens the way to professional self-determination in the arts, raise the prestige of pedagogical  and performing activities.

Festival consolidates the efforts of representatives of the executive authorities of Tatarstan, being one of the biggest achievements of the republic - a kind of a factor of stability in the region, "litmus test"  of a developed civil society. The festival promotes the development of Tatarstan as a region where peacefully coexist representatives of different nationalities and religions, tolerance is  thriving, friendly and helpful attitude of people towards each other is present.

Festival "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk" - winner of the Prize of the Government of Russia, the laureate  of the M. Jalil  Republican   award, National Award "Family of Russia."

Every year the festival involves more than 80 thousand of  gifted children aged 5 to 21 years. Participation in the festival "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk"  is free, winners of regional and city selections are sent to participate in each subsequent round at the expense of the organizer: children provided with  food and lodging, training seminars and workshops. Talents participants   are evaluated   by  the authoritative jury composed of leading figures of culture and art of Russia and Tatarstan, including in recent years - the winner of the RF Government in the field of culture, Honored Artist of Russia, Professor, Head of the Department of pop art  (GITIS), Head of the Department of directing of Shchukin  college  Mikhail Borisov (Moscow), Professor, Head of the Department of pop-jazz singing Institute of Contemporary Art, vocal coach of the TV project "Toch v Toch" on  Pervyi  Channel Marina Polteva (Moscow) and others.

The laureates  will be awarded cash awards and prizes, winners of the first places are awarded with special state grants, winners get the direction to pursue studies in leading creative university in the country - RUTI (GITIS). Twice a year (summer and winter holidays)   creative shifts take place  for  the winners of  "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk", where children receive invaluable social and leadership experience.

Analogues festival in Russia does not exist. Russian President Vladimir Putin in a telegram of greetings to the festival said that the festival "will promote the development of children and teenagers in the republic  and all over Russia. And most importantly - will help to strengthen ties between the regions, the preservation and enrichment of the original culture of the peoples of our country. "The first "direction"    by head of the country has   been  fulfilled   by the Crimea,  having become   the second region, which will host the qualifying rounds of the festival "Constellation-Yoldyzlyk."
