Minister of Culture Airat Sibagatullin participated in the Convention of the RT Union of Composers

December 10, the XIII Convention of RT Composers, and report-election meeting of the RT Union of Composers was held at the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. The convention was attended by the RT Minister of Culture Ayrat Sibagatullin, chairman of the Union of Composers of Russia Igor Ringer and others.

RT Culture Minister welcomed the participants of the Convention,  congratulated on the landmark date - the 75th anniversary of the Union of Composers of the Republic of Tatarstan,  and presented composers and musicologists awards. Among them - the composer Anatoly Luppov, Boris Trubin,  Renat Enikeev and others.

"Tatarstan association of composers and musicologists - one of the oldest in the Russian Federation. Its history is connected with the names of prominent composers, significant events in the cultural life of Tatarstan - the minister said, congratulating them. - Today, the Union of Composers adequately fulfills its mission to consolidate the creative work of musical art figures of the republic, preservation and dissemination of classical music heritage, promotion of the best works of world music, education and spiritual education of the younger generation of music lovers".

At the end of the Convention, chairman of the Composers Union and the Board was elected, the Chairman decided to remain Reshid  Kalimullin a permanent leader of the RT Union of Composers.
