As part of the cultural and business mission of St. Petersburg on December 4, 2014, at 19.00 at the S. Saidash State Grand Concert Halla concert of chamber orchestra, "BIS-ACK" (St. Petersburg) takes place.
The Chamber Orchestra "BIS-ACK" - representative of a new, modern Russian culture. This is a unique and unrepeatable experiment of six young virtuosos of musical humor and sparkling improvisations from St. Petersburg.
Each of the concert item - it's a fascinating story, and sometimes even a musical performance. With the sounds they talk about life, love, happiness and sadness. Everything that excites people all over the world.
They created their own style of mixing genres, performing it on the ancient Russian folk instruments, accordion, saxophone and percussion. Each time coming on the scene, they make "a new musical revolution", making each listener not only a new look at the long-familiar works, but also to the entire Russian musical culture in general.
The Chamber Orchestra "BIS-ACK" performs works of world popular classics, jazz, tango, Latin rhythms and, of course, Russian folk music, in the author's own arrangement.
The Chamber Orchestra "BIS-ACK" was founded in 2002 by students of the St. Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov College of Music Rimsky-Korsakov. Young musicians decided to combine the sound of Russian folk instruments, the sound of the saxophone and percussion. The ensemble consists of students and graduates of the St. Petersburg Conservatory and the St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts. Since its inception, the main and the main task for the team, has been and remains a global popularization of the new Russian folk culture.
