Airat Sibagatullin: "Our theater is one of the best in Russia"

Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin attended the event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Tatar State Puppet Theatre "Ekiyat."

RT Culture Minister read out the welcome speech from the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov with the words of  congratulations to the collective of theater, then presented a certificate on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to the theater director Rosa Yapparova for an internship abroad of the younger generation of artists.

"I appeared to be like in a fairy tale world - expressed his admiration for the theater Airat Minnemulovich - and I sincerely wish all of us rejoice that our theater is the best in Russia."

After the speech, the minister handed  badges and diplomas of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Republic of Tatarstan and awards to the artists.

Also in the ceremony was attended by the General Secretary of the International Organization of Turkic Culture "TURKSOY" D. Kaseinov. He noted that the Tatar State Puppet Theatre "Ekiyat" is a well known and loved throughout the Turkic world.
