Airat Sibagatullin: "The Ulyanovsk region provides good conditions for the development of the Tatar language and culture"

From  November 10 to 14,  the Days of Culture of Tatarstan were held in the Ulyanovsk region. The opening ceremony of the project was visited by the governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergei Morozov and Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin. The plans for the future, the issues of joint cooperation and the preservation of national culture were discussed at the meeting.

The ties between Tatarstan and the Ulyanovsk region ertr strong in the days of the Soviet Union, and now the republic remains a good friend of the region , said in his speech Sergei Morozov. "I must say that we are missing a big national culture. For us it is very important in view of what is happening in Russia and around Russia - the governor said. - Republic of Tatarstan - it's not just our good neighbor and friend, it is also a huge platform that allows to prepare the staff, to exchange good projects, receive spiritual, moral and methodological assistance, where the Tartars  live. "

In projects that l soon to be implemented in the Ulyanovsk region, the elements of Tatar culture will be introduced , promised S. Morozov. Thus, in the "List of hundred folk songs", which is created in the region,  Tatar songs are to be included as wel. Under the "12 literature  apostles " Kul-Gali to be remembered. At the festival "Wedding in Oblomovka" will include workshops on traditional Tatar wedding.

Ayrat Sibagatullin noted that the Ulyanovsk region provides good conditions for the development of the Tatar language and culture. "You are our very good neighbors and friends. I am confident that our cooperation will develop successfully. We are waiting for the delegation of your region at the Days of Culture of the Ulyanovsk region in Tatarstan, "- said the Minister.

During the meeting, an agreement has been signed on cooperation in the sphere of culture between the two regions. The document was signed by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Sibagatullin and Minister of arts and cultural policy of the Ulyanovsk region Tatiana Ivshina. At the end of the Days of Culture of Tatarstan on November 14 the Annex to the Agreement will be added, which mentions concrete cooperation activities. In particular, it is planned to create a tourist route between the region and the republic.

Tatiana Ivshina noted that in the framework of the Days of Culture in Ulyanovsk residents see the professional art of Tatarstan in all its variety of genres: there will be concerts of artists and musicians from Tatarstan, open exhibition projects, roundtables and meetings held.

Days of Culture of Tatarstan open the program "Music of my favorite movies" performed by the State Orchestra of Folk Instruments conducted by People's Artist of Russia and Honoured Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan   Anatoli  Shutikov.

A solemn closing of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ulyanovsk region will take place November 14 – at  the Great Hall of the Lenin memorial,  a solo concert  to be performed  by  the   RT  State Song and Dance Ensemble of the.
