Activities within the republican scientific-practical conference "Museum - territory of education" dedicated to the World Day of Teachers held at the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan

From October21 to 28, the measures of the republican scientific-practical conference "Museum - territory of education" dedicated to the World Day of Teachers are held at the RT National Museum.

Museum and School - traditional partners in education and upbringing of the younger generation. Humanistic ideals, becoming widespread thanks to the activities by the mentioned above social institutions, are the basis of the security of our society, the foundation of its development. Today, the RT National Museum of Tatarstan is based on the achievements of museum pedagogy as an independent scientific discipline and is positioning itself as an educational environment conducive to the holistic development of the individual.

The main goal of the scientific-practical conference "Museum - the territory of education" is to make the basis of educational visits to museums and educational activities of schools. Significant problems on the road to that goal - the search for new possibilities of cooperation in the framework of the curriculum of secondary schools, development of joint programs.

The National Museum holds presentations, seminars, round tables, where the director of educational institutions, the deputy directors and subject teachers will be able to meet with a variety of educational programs, interactive and innovative directions of cultural and educational activities of PT NM and its branches, and then use the opportunity to practice museum in the educational and training purposes.

The scientific conference action "Teacher! Before thy name ... will be over".  It includes a presentation of interactive game-dance of "Brooks of the Volga", developed in the framework of the action plan to implement the Republican target program on the prevention of terrorism and extremism in the 2012 – 2014. For official reception teachers for whom work with museums has become an integral part of school education are invited.
