"Here, Russian people live, here, Russian songs sing ..."

It was surprising to see on the track Tchistopol - Nurlat , 8 km. from  Aksubaevo,  at the crossroad,  a colorful banner with the image of amateur art groups and the headline "Here Russian songs  sing ..." It turned out that this banner was  fixed  by cultural workers of the village Nizhnyaya  Balanda of Aksubaevsky region, of course, not without  help of sponsors. So,  they declared their village and its Russian national center,  is  a center of Russian culture for the entire Aksubaevsky municipal region. Such a banner is no longer in our republic,   and it's a good example for cultural workers, how to create a cultural brand of their village and how to express themselves if not to the whole  world, or at least  for  the nearest neighbors. And every passing   by  looks with  admiration  at this banner.

For 16 year, the village of Nizhnyaya Balanda holds  Russian holiday "Trinity", which attracts teams not only from Aksubaevsky region, but form  many regions  of Tatarstan, Samara, Ulyanovsk regions, the Republic of Mari El.

Workers at  the House of Culture  repeatedly won various grants, including the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. Through these grants, they fenced  territory of Culture  house. The folk group "Kalinushka"  has been created  in which vociferous fans of sing  songs. Recently, the collective  has been  awarded an  honorary title of "People's amateur collective." With concerts and promotion of Russian songs   they  go into the villages, and participate in regional and national competitions, according to the deputy director of the   RT  national center for development of traditional culture  Gali Gabdrakhmanov.
