Chairman will be the laureate of the USSR State Award, a winner of international film festivals in Locarno, Venice and Sorrento, film director, screenwriter and operator Khodjakuli Narliev (Turkmenistan). Film director and actor, screenwriter, writer, People's Artist and Honored Art, member of the Union of Writers of Azerbaijan Taufiq Ismailov is more known by music television movies, including children - "Music Teacher" and "I come up with a song." Since 2007, T.Ismailov teaches at the State University of Culture and Arts of Azerbaijan.
Tatarstan in the jury is presented by screenwriter and playwright, a member of the Writers' Union and the Union of theatrical figures of Russia Mansur Gilyazov. The X International Festival of Muslim Cinema in Kazan will be held from September 5 to 11, 2014. Competition showings take place in the cinema "Rodina".
