Musical "Altyn Kazan" to sound on the Day of the City under the open sky

The   Square in front of the Palace of marriage "Kazan" on August 30 for the first time  to  become a scene. It  is  here on  the City Day, a  legend of the birth of Kazan - the musical "Altyn Kazan"  by  young composer Elmira Nizamova  will be presented.  

This is a joint project implemented under the patronage of the  RT President, the Mayor of Kazan in collaboration  with Kazan State Conservatory named   after N.G. Zhiganov, Kazan Music College named after I.V. Aukhadeev, Kazan State University of Culture and Arts under the auspices of the RT  State Song and Dance Ensemble,   M. Jalil Tatar State Theatre of Opera and Ballet.

"Altyn Kazan" - bright diploma work by Elmira Nizamova created in tandem with a well-known poet Renat Kharis. The premiere of this rock opera   took place  in the Tatar language on April 29, 2011 on the stage of the Tatar State Theatre of Drama and Comedy Theater   named after  K.Tinchurin.

Impressions of the public have been so strong that the play was shown again in December of the same year, and in 2014,   work on the product has resumed.

Especially for the upcoming productions, the  composer introduced   new items  in  the "Altyn Kazan".  A genre designation of the performance  has changed, the rock opera  in a version  of  the director Mikhail  Pandzhavidze turned into a musical. Changes were made  in  choreography, dances  for  the  heroes  of  legend  were  set    by winner of the Russian Theatre Award "Golden Mask" Gali Abaydulov.

The leading role of the play  will be  performed by a well-known young musicians - Elmira Kalimullina, Filyus Kagirov Alina Sharibzhanova,  Artur Islamov, Rustem Asaev   and  Aidar  Suleimanov.  The  soloists will be accompanied by an orchestral recording, created by students and graduates of the Faculty of the Kazan Conservatory orchestra. The cast will also participate Opera Studio of Kazan Conservatory,  choir   of  Kazan Music College, as well as dance theater "Saydash"   of Kazan University of Culture and Arts.

Space in front of the new registry office as a concert venue    has been chosen   not  by chance. "Bowl" - perhaps the best scenery for a musical based on the story of the legend about   the creation of Kazan. "Altyn Kazan" will be part of a whole series of celebratory events that are to  be held for residents and visitors on  the City Day. The organizers of the show have prepared a lot of surprises for the audience, but in no hurry to reveal secrets -  they are invited to see  by  their  own eyes.
