Works on the creation of a virtual Internet museum dedicated to the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 are in full swing

Active works on the formation of the virtual content online museum dedicated to the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945  have started. The first  trial visit rive was  organized  in  Laishevsky region. It is planned to  visit all  the  regions of the republic. During the visits by  the whole team of specialists  complex works: a large-scale professional photography and scanning of museum collections, videography and video - meeting with veterans  will be held. In addition,  the  materials on  in available   in the area defense industry   enterprises, evacuation  hospitals, burial sites and memorials - a monuments to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War   to be collected.

To oversee  this important work,   the RT  National Museum of the has been put in charge, as the principal museum of the republic and the scientific and methodological center for all the museums of Tatarstan, an important center for the conservation and actively popularization   of the history of the Great Victory, front and labor heroism of the Soviet people during the war.

We  remind   that back in May,  a seminar themed  "Museum in the life of the region" was held in Kazan,   which had  approved  the concept of Online Museum. At present, this form of presentation of museum objects as a virtual museum is becoming more popular because it has  number of advantages, the main one being informative and accessible.

However, virtual museums devoted to this topic, almost none. We know that preparing  a virtual museum of the Great Patriotic War  is under way in Omsk and Samara. In general, the theme of war is very well represented in the Internet space, including on different sites of the Republic of Tatarstan. However, the task is to create a virtual museum and not just a website. It should form the basis of genuine historical monuments of the war, so the work in the museums of the Republic - national, municipal, departmental, school is expected to be rather huge. It is to be over  by  the 70th anniversary of the Victory.
