RT Song and Dance Ensemble leaves for to the French Provence

RT State Song and Dance Ensemble  is invited to participate in the International Festival of National Cultures in France. The festival will be held in the seaside town of Martigues (Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur) from  July 22 to 28, 2014. The festival  participants are  professional folk groups from all over the world - China, the U.S., Russia, Italy, France, Mexico, Cote d 'Ivoire, Guam island, Georgia, Mongolia, etc.

The main idea of ​​the festival in Martigues - cultural exchange, familiarity with the folklore, customs and languages ​​of different nations. Performances take place in a format of open-air,  a huge festival stage is fixed   in the city center on the shores of picturesque canal San Sebastian. Notable events will be opening and closing ceremonies, in which the guest artists  present songs and dances, most clearly associated with the national culture of their countries. On other days,   the festival guests of  France will hold master classes for children (training national dance, and play instruments),  participate in the programs "Folklore cocktail" (joint presentations from different countries), "Siesta" (soft music, lullabies,  reading    verses and tales of their country), "Special showing " (show of musical pieces, dances, stories about the country's culture, familiarity with the kitchen, clothing, etc.), etc.

 

Tatarstan artists    have prepared  for the show in France, 1.5-hour program, which includes the best items  of the golden fund of national art: composition "Kazan towel", "Sabantui", "Harmony" dances "Menzelinsky plyasovaja", "Yarminskaya drobinka", "Chabat "song" Zubarzhat "," Mixture on   Tatar  themes " and others.  Choir performers, dance groups and orchestral ensemble will participate in the tour likewise. Each artist is taking with him  5-7 packs  of  stage clothes and shoes to get performance  utterly  vivid and varied.

Artists of the  RT State Ensemble  have  prepared for performing  in France several   songs in Russian - "Oh, frost, frost", "Smuglyanka", "Milenkij  Ty moj," "Moscow Nights".   Representatives of the Society of Lovers of  the  Russian  language in Martigues addressed  with such a  request  to  the leader of the ensemble .  "We are pleased to have responded -  Airat Khametov said. - Glad to hear that in a small town in southern France  people learn Russian. "
