The National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan held a lecture-demonstration "In the animal world" for children

June 5, the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan  held for children  a lecture-demonstration "In the animal world", dedicated to the problems of ecology preservation.

Due to the need to pay more attention to the issues of environmental protection and to prevent a possible environmental disaster the United Nations in 1973 decided annually, June 5, to conduct Environment Day. Now, it has become a tradition celebrating all the Earth's ecology.

During the lecture the young museum visitors  were acquainted  with  fauna of the Republic of Tatarstan. Here they got familiarized  with rare and endangered species, learned  about the causes of the reduction in species diversity, the press service of the museum  informs.
