National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan will take part in the International Festival of Museums "INTERMUSEUM 2014"

From June 3 to June 9, 2014,  the main event in the professional life of the museum  will be an international festival of museums " INTERMUSEUM 2014 ", which is to  take place in Moscow,  at the Central Exhibition Hall "Manezh" .

This year, the Year of Russian Culture,   it goes in a new format, it  is not only a unique platform,  and  free participation of  museums, but museums exhibiting multimedia format, and the central theme - "Museum in the digital age " - Museum in the information space. "

National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan is traditionally an active participant in the competitive program, having submitted its  projects in several categories - "Grand Prix ", "Best Partnership Project ", " Museum - the regional center of gravity."

By  number of  scored  balls,  National Museum of Tatarstan is admitted to the second stage of the competition for  the "Grand Prix" with the project " Three-dimensional guide to the exposition" Kazan Province in the XVIII century ", which was initiated by the museum in conjunction with the project team usefulplan.com.

Total,  for this  nomination,   only 15 Russian museums  were  admitted  to the next step, among them such famous museums as the National History Museum, National Museum of Fine Arts. Named after A.S. Pushkin,   Museum of Political History of Russia, etc.

The festival is planned to study the experience of museums and technological innovations, participation in workshops and roundtables, presentations and conferences , as well as participation of  CEO of the National Museum of Tatarstan G.R. Nazipova in the meeting of the Union of Russian Museums and the International Committee of Museums (ICOM Russia ).
