Today in Tatarstan first inter-museum action Museum spring of Tatarstan – 2014 has been launched

Today the first in Tatarstan an  inter-museum action Museum spring  of Tatarstan  2014, initiated by the Museum Association of Tatarstan supported by the Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan , the Tourism Agency of the Republic of Tajikistan and the National Museum of Tatarstan has started.  The first deputy minister of culture of Tatarstan Irada Aiupova and CEO of the National museum of Tatarstan Gulchachak Nazipova   told reporters  the details of the event  at a press conference.

As  Irada Aiupova  told,  today in Tatarstan 129 museums operate. Of these, 13 state museums with 32 branches and 49 municipal museums with 35 branches. Most of the museum fund is  located in the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the speaker , for lack of sufficient grounds  only a small part of the heritage of Tatarstan - 10-12 percent of the total  is  represented  to visitors. In 2013,  museums of Tatarstan were  visited  by nearly 3 million people. Standards total number of visitors to museums should be 90 percent of the number of inhabitants in the region.

"Museum - is a cultural institution, focused on tourists. It is a platform where professionals are ready to show the rich cultural heritage, which is in the country , including in those with virtual tours.

The main task of the action - to expand notions of museum collections , opportunities of  museums, make exposure more attractive and interesting. Museum space - a place for communication between people, communities, generations. A large number of events dedicated to the creation near museum  communities consisting of people,  who are very close to history, to culture. They are interested in what is on display in the museum, but they can also suggest what direction  we should move "-  Irada Aiupova said.

According Gulchachak Nazipova , today more than  50 RT museums  participate in this action. Among them there are departmental , college and private museums that are ready to receive visitors until April 27, free, preparing them for fun activities: workshops, meetings with famous people of a certain region, and much more .

" In every corner of our republic country, there are museums, very important for the residents of the region, but  very few people know about them. They are located in Bavly, Menzelinsk,  Aktanysh, Nurlat, Sarmanova and many other localities.  It would  be  good  these museums  were visited by Kazan citizens , as well as from other regions of Tatarstan. I hope that through this campaign, we will be able to make the citizens of the republic  knew and loved  our museums" - shared her opinion  general director of the museum.

According to her , the purpose of the action is  to intensify the work of museums, to make them more accessible and interesting  for  visitors. Such forms of work as guided tours and lectures, become obsolete. Museum workers conduct flash mobs , quest games to interest visitors and allow them to participate in the process .
