Today at the   G. Kamal Tatar State Academic Theatre a ceremony of handing  annual theater awards  of the Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan "Tatana "   has taken  place.

The prize is awarded for the fourth time. As in previous years, a ceremony was held on    the Day of  Theatre.

We remind  that the Republican theatrical award " Tantana " was established by the Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan for outstanding creative and social achievements in the field of theatrical art.

The contest received 81 applications: 112 participants,   9 works  on the category " Event of the Year "

Among the most striking theatrical productions  that  have caused the greatest public attention, as well as nominees determined  by professional theaters of the republic, were named the best of the best. This evening became known the  names of  award winners in 10 categories.

Minister of Culture Airat Sibagatullin took part in the ceremony, he congratulated theatrical figures and all worshippers  of theatrical art on  a holiday. As acknowledged by Airat Minnemullovich , determination of  the winners of the Republican Theatre Award " Tanatana " -  a very hard work . Winning the competition for each nominee is a great creative stimulus for further work. RT Minister of Culture awarded a prize in the category " Event of the Year " and special diplomas . In this nomination won the ballet " The Golden Horde " (music by Rezeda Akhiyarova,  libretto   by  Renat Haris ).

People's Artist of Tatarstan Irek Bagmanov  was awarded the prize in the nomination " For honor and dignity."
