On March 26, the Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan held a round table discussion on the results of the collegium of   theater critics for awarding annual theater prize of the Ministry of Culture of Tatarstan " Tantana." The event was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Culture of Tatarstan Irada Aiupova representatives and collegiums of  critics - Niyaz Iglamov, theater critic, head of literary and dramatic part of the Kamal  Tatar State Academic Theatre; Galina Zainullina, Ph.D., deputy chief editor of "Idel ";  Roza Sultanova, Ph.D., head of the department of fine and decorative arts RTAS  IlLL Zemfira Gil'mutdinova , executive editor of the magazine " Sekhne"; Adil Khaibullina , teacher of  Kazan Theatre School, a leading specialist of the Union of theatrical figures of the RT; Tatiana Mamaeva , the reporter of  online newspaper " Business online».

Participants emphasized the growth of quality   of the submitted performances  for  the judge of theater critics and audiences. It is known  that this year's award are involved 14 state theaters and Russian Theatre " Masterovye ."

Critics viewed 28 performances from  seven cities: Almetjevsk , Bugul'ma , Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Atnya , Buinsk , Menzelinsk and Kazan . The contest received 81 applications: 112 participants  and  9  works on the category " Event of the Year."
