State Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tajikistan and Alexander Sladkovsky are invited to participate in a concert at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris

This title is awarded to the most famous artists and public figures,  who are actively contributing to the cultural ties between the peoples . At one time it was awarded  Mstislav Rostropovich, Montserrat Caballé , Alicia Alonso, Claudia Cardinale , Susana Rinaldi , Zurab Tsereteli, Vladimir Spivakov and others. Denis Matsuev awarded UNESCO Ambassador for his great personal contribution to the development of multilateral cooperation humanitarian, social and charitable activities, primarily in the field of arts of education, as well as international cultural cooperation.

After the official ceremony at the Paris headquarters of UNESCO, a concert starts. It will bring together scholars of Interregional Charitable Foundation "New Names", whose president is Denis Matsuev. The musician will take the stage again - this time as a solo pianist. Together with the State Symphony Orchestra of Tatarstan under Alexander Sladkovsky he will perform the famous Second Piano Concerto by Sergei Rachmaninoff . This evening also will feature the overture - fantasy  by  Tchaikovsky's "Romeo and Juliet" and business card Orchestra - "Stan of Tamerlane" by Alexander Tchaikovsky, the press service of the orchestra   informs .
