Today, in M.Jalil TASTOiB opens the Year of Culture in the Republic of Tatarstan

March 25, at 17.00, in the Tatar State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater after M.Jalil opens the Year of Culture in the Republic of Tatarstan. The gala event will be attended Vladimir Medinsky.

The concert program will feature leading professional teams of the Republic of Tatarstan, natives of Tatarstan - soloists of the Bolshoi Theatre (V.Gimadeeva , M.Kazakov, A.Tikhomirov), our compatriots - Idar Gainullin (Germany) , as well as  soloists from  professional groups Bashkortostan, Kalmykia, Samara region of Chechnya.

In order to attract public attention to issues of culture, preservation of cultural heritage and the role of culture in the world " by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin the year   2014 was declared the Year of Culture. In accordance with the Decree of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov decided to hold in 2014 in the Republic of Tatarstan a Culture Year.
