Within the framework of the Year of Culture held in Tchistopol a film "The Legend of number 17 " to be shown with tiflo-commenst

March 24, for the first time in the framework of the Year of Culture in Tchistopol film  "The Legend of number 17 " to be shown  with tiflo comments  for the visually impaired and subtitles for the hearing impaired .

The show is organized by the local organization Tchistopol  TRO WOB  together with Republican Special Library for  blind and visually impaired in order to connect people with disabilities to the values ​​of cinema.

Tiflo comments  - this  is succinct description of the visual elements and the thoughts  by director that are incomprehensible to the blind (visually impaired ) All happening on the screen during the pause stage objects , scenery , costumes and gestures of the characters.

Showing  of the film on the big screen of the Youth center will enable people with special needs to feel full as  moviegoers in theater conditions. Tiflokommentary give the blind the opportunity to really see and subtitles help the deaf to hear and to remove   movie information barriers .

Tiflo comments  of the film was  created  by a  charitable foundation "Living Heart",  and granted by  the Republican Special Library  of the   blind, at no charge.
