National Library of the Republic of Tajikistan took part in the III International scientific-practical conference "Modern problems of safety of life: present and future"

February 28, 2014б  National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the III International scientific-practical conference "Modern problems of safety of life: present and Future ", held in Kazan,  February  27 – 28,  2014,  at the   Korston.

Conference was organized by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan ,  Security Council of the Russian Federation , the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation , the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation and other ministries and departments .

Great interest of participants brought an exhibition of books presented by the department of exhibitions and cultural programs of the National Library of Tatarstan. More than 130 publications included in the exhibition, with maximum fullness revealed multiple destinations  of life safety, including :

- State policy in the field of national security ;

- Personality in emergencies and life  crisis situations;

- Protection of labor, prevention of acidents;

- Environmental safety, etc.

Gathered leaders, leading experts of the ministries , departments and research institutions in Russia, foreign countries and other participants , including the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov and head of traffic police in Tatarstan Rifkat Minnikhanov got acquainted with  the exhibition, pPress service of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan  informs.
