In Kazan production of "The Barber of Seville " opened Chaliapin XXXII Festival

January 27, 2014,  at the  RT  Institute of History of the PT named after  S. Mardzhani,  a Tatarstan- Japanese international seminar on "The Legacy of the Turk- Tatar emigration in the Far East"  was held  devoted to the work of Japanese scientist turkologist Shiro Hattori (Hattori Siro).

The seminar was attended  by  university professor of  Shimane Prefecture (Japan), Doctor of History (Ph.D.) Inoue Osama , the same day,  he  visited the Department of Manuscripts and Rare books of the  RT  National Library  to get acquainted with its activities and funds .

Of particular interest from the guest    called Tatar emigration department fund , which represents newspapers, magazines , books and archival documents,  reflecting the history of the Tatar emigration of  early and mid- twentieth century. Professor Inoue Osama noted the importance of this fund for researchers.
