A press conference on tour of Almetievsky Drama Theatre held in Kamal Theatre

First time, for last 3 years, the  Almetievsky Tatar State Drama Theatre  has come  to  Kazan with tour. The guest performance  timed to the 70th anniversary of Almetievsky theater, which will be celebrated on March 20.

The press event was attended by theatre manager  of  Kamal Theatre Ilfir Yakupov, head of the literary and dramatic piece of  the  Kamal theater  Niaz Iglamov,  the Almetyevsky theater manager  Farida Ismagilova and chief director, Honored Worker of Culture of Tatarstan  Iliyas Gareev.

"It will be an exchange tour -  Ilfir Yakupov  said. - We wish good luck to colleagues".

Niaz  Iglamov  drew attention to the unanimity of   theaters  "in view of the nature of theatrical art ." " It's no secret that theaters are actively changing,  not frozen in their forms , - he said. - In a modern society, the theater performs some institution that does not make people become stale."

Almetyevsky theater ,manager director Farida  Ismagilova lifted the veil, describing the tour program.

"At the moment,   the repertoire of the theater includes 27 performances, 8 of them we bring to Kazan – she  shared out. – The selected works figuratively can be divided into  two parts: traditional Tatar and notorious performances in modern processing".

The guest performance  in the capital of Tatarstan is  opened  by the  play "Tugan- tumacha" (Relatives) after the play  by  I.Zaynieva. The performance was staged by  young director Lilia Akhmetova and  presented at the festival "Remeslo." February 5,  the   theater gives a retro-comedy   by Khai  Vakhit  "Kuk kapusy  achylsha " ( If  happiness smiles).

A new performance "Erem ISE " ( The smell of wormwood ), which will be shown under the title " Sagynularga ni chara?.”  will  also be presented   to the viewers.   By the way,  this production won   at the contest  "New Tatar play " held last year.  Spectators  will be able to evaluate the production  on February 6.

February 7,  the viewers will see a comedy   by Tazi Gizzat "Kyyu Kyzlar " (Brave Girl).  The performances    on the play by Bertolt Brecht's " Bourgeois Wedding " and "Romeo and Juliet " by William Shakespeare will be held on a small stage.   Also, “Akbai and Lamb”    by Tufan Minullin  for children  to be staged on the small stage.

The conclusion of the guest performances will be a compliment from Almetievsk  theater - a show concert.

Tours will be held February 4-8.
