Exhibition "The Soviet realist art " opened at the National Gallery of Art Hazine

Yesterday, in Kazan, an exhibition "The Soviet realist art." opened  at the National Art Gallery Hazine.

"The Soviet realist art " - one of the exhibitions of the project  Art Treasures of Tatarstan. State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan possesses a rich collection of   the Soviet art  that  in different ways  characterizes  history of art culture of the Soviet Union, allowing study as  individual artistic phenomena,  so the  whole periods of its development. The museum's collection - works by artists of different generations and creative individuals , among them works by N.P.Krymov, M.V. Nesterov, E.E.Lansere, A V.Kuprin , I. I. Mashkov, A.V.Gerasimov , B.V.Ioganson, A.A.Mylnikov , F.P.Malaev , M.Yu.Kugacha, brothers Smolins, L.V.Kabachek, artists of union republics - A.A.Dzhafarov , N.S.Kasumov .

The exhibition is based on historical and chronological order.  In the first hall there are  works of the Stalin era, and in the following rooms -  the works   of "Thaw "  time.

According to the head of the national art gallery  Hazine  Galina Ramazanova,  domestic realism is  distinguished  by spirituality. Painter  passes through the formal elements his  relationship to the world.

Deputy Director for Scientific Support and publishing  of  RT SMFA Dina  Khisamova noted that realism is close to the Russian mentality and  mentality  of  Tatarstanians . All streams that now  exist in the world of art, descended from a realistic perception of reality, she said.

Now,  there is a great interest in all Soviet  things. The older generation is  nostalgic   to  Soviet times. The younger generation   is  interested in that  period, as it was not caught. Young people can explore it only by films, books and paintings. To plunge into the atmosphere of the Soviet era is possible  with the help of  the  exhibition opened today,  D. Hisamova  assured.

The exhibition will run for two months.
