Tour of folk amateur collectives keeps going across towns and regions of the Republic of Tatarstan

Tour of folk amateur collectives goes on across towns and regions of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 46 towns over the republic where in 2012 under the program "Rural clubs "  new multipurpose cultural centers had been built, the folk  collective  the region performs itself, and one team from another region.

98 collectives (over 2,300)  will take part in a republican tour, holding a title "People’s " - folklore, dance, vocal, vocal and instrumental ensembles, choirs  of veterans,  ensembles of  dance  and  song.

The founder of  tour is the RT  Ministry of Culture,  organizers - National Centre for Development of Traditional Culture, directorates (departments) of  culture of the executive committees of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The main objectives of large-scale event is  encouragement and promotion of activities of rural cultural and recreational institutions for preservation  of traditional folk culture,  development of folk art,   cultural and leisure activities.
