November 3, at RT National museum of fine arts will have a series of unusual events from bard concerts to the evening of silent films

November 3, 2013, at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation in a number of Russian cities for the first time «Night of the Arts» will be held. New beginning, according to the organizers, will be quintessential of such actions shares as «Night at the Museum» «Night at the Theater», «Bibli-onight», etc. Since 2014 - a year of culture - it's an event, like «Night of Museums» will become an annual all-Russian one, according to the official website of the RF Ministry of Culture .

The theme of the pilot «Night of Arts» was selected  sound - all intuitive and does not require language translation. Moscow, for example , November 3  will be filled with noise and music: urban park offers audio installation, symphony orchestras and choral music a capella in shopping malls, bell ringing the city of temples, etc.

The Russian regions that join the action , each in their own way interpret the theme and content of the action. The State Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 3 will have a series of unusual events , from bard   concerts to the evening of silent films accompanied by a pianist.
