Yesterday, Kazan hosted the press preview of the film "Rudolf Nuriev. Rebellious demon "by T.Malovoi (Moscow film studio "Svoi Pocherk ").

Today, the movie comes out in national and worldwide distribution.

The film was shot on the 75th anniversary of the famous dancer of the twentieth century. This is a story about the early steps leading to the star of world fame, preceded by the escape from the Soviet Union and asking for political asylum. His friends, colleagues, ballet critics in Paris, St. Petersburg and Ufa  remember  about Rudolf Nuriev .

Its creators hope that their work will interest the audience, including the young, the fate of this man from simple Tatar family, who became a world famous, is sure to be an eye-opening for them.

The picture of the "Flying Tatar" has been successfully shown at the XXXV   Moscow International Film Festival, and at the IX Kazan International Festival of Muslim Cinema. Premieres were held in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Ufa.

We remind that in the framework of the Kazan Film  festival the shooting  crew presented the film "Rudolf Nureyev. Rebellious demon" in the village Bazaar Mataki of Alkeevsky region of Tatarstan – at home mother of Rudolf Nureyev.
