Employees of the Republican Special Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired participated in the nationwide Library Forum "People and books." September 30,   the Palace of Children and Youth of Ulyanovsk  hosted the first All-Russian Library Forum "People and books."

The forum was organized by the Office of Culture and recreation of Ulyanovsk  Administration  as well as municipal cultural institution "Centralized Library System of the city of Ulyanovsk."

The forum was held to promote professional dialogue on  relationship of a man and the book about   development and impact of literary culture  on  man in a modern global world.
