From 7 to 17 September, a Week of French Cinema to be held in Kazan

Every year network  Alliance Francaise holds in the cities of with the support of the French Embassy in Russia holds in the cities of Russia Cinema Week , which introduces viewers to the films of famous directors from around the world , as well as paintings by budding young French directors .

This year's program includes a retrospective of films featuring in French fine- sounding and actress Sandrine Bonnaire and a selection of paintings, united theme "Paris today."

This year, some of the films of French Cinema Week program includes a series of "Vintage French cinema", they can be seen already from 7 to 9 September in the framework of the IX  the Kazan International Muslim Film Festival . Selection of the cycle will present a magnificent work of Sandrine Bonnaire , both as an actress and as a director.

Official opening of the French Film Week will take place September 10 at 19.00 in the cinema " Mir" movie of n 2009 , " All that glitters ."

During the week ( from 10 to 17 September), the audience will be introduced to a new generation of French actors such as Lolita Shammah (daughter of Isabelle Huppert ) , François Damiens , and , of course , will be able to look at one of the most romantic cities in the world through the eyes of contemporary French directors.
