September 4, at 17.00,   the Concert Hall of the Kazan State University of Culture and Arts hosted the opening of V Kazan International Festival of amateur , youth and children's movies.

Festival participants were greeted and congratulated the winners of the Chairman of the Jury of the festival , Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan , Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan , the chairman of the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Tatarstan Rima Ratnikova , Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Guzel Nigmatullina and others.

The winner in the nomination " Best Feature Film " was Julia Bikkenina from Moscow with the film "Hero of dissent ." In the category " Best Documentary " award won by Alexey Myasnikov film "Whatever was love "

 ( Moscow). The prize for "Best Film of social orientation» went to the Italian city of Genoa Adel Oberto for the film "The Woman ." And the best music video recognized the work of the creative team Social Rehabilitation Center of the Moscow district of Kazan "Virtual Love" . Special Prize of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan was awarded to a student of the Kazan State University of Culture and Arts Anastasia Odintsova for the film " Ball» ." Partners of the festival also were   awarded   by  special prizes of their favorites.
