On June 6, in Kazan, Pushkin festive of poetry takes place

On June 6, 2013, at 4 pm, in Kazan, at Pushkin’s monument, a traditional Pushkin’s festive of poetry takes place.

 RT Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin, deputy chairman of the RT Union of writers Ramis Aimetov, members of the Union of writers, artists and   creative public of the republic will take part in an event.

This year, the festive will be dedicated to   Pushkin’s fairy tales. Children  will read out  Pushkin’s poems in different languages  of the world, the audience will see characters from fairy tales: Leshy(wood - spirit), Baba-yaga (old witch), Mermaid, Cat Bayun and others.

 The verses  by Nikolai Belyaev, Ravil Faizullin,  Lilia Gazizova, Aleksei Ostudin and others will sound in the festive. Soloist of G. Tukai Tatar state philharmonics, soloist of M. Jalil Tatar academic state theatre of opera and ballet Vladimir Vasilievwill  will perform romances on Puishkin’s verses .
