German writer Michael Ebmeyer will hold master classes and author’s reading, having presented passages from his novel «Der Neuling»

During the  tour to   such cities of Russia like Yakutsk, Chita, Tula, German writer Michael Ebmeyer is going to visit Kazan and  hold two-day master classes and author’s reading, having presented fragments from his  novel  «Der Neuling» («Newcomer»).

Michael Ebmeyer was born in  1973  in Bonnm and presently works as free writer, journalist and translator.

Author’s  reading of the writer will take place on June 1, at  7 pm  in a conference hall of Institute of economy, management and law  (Moscovskaya street, 42). Upon end, a discussion with the author is expected. Entry is free.

It is worth noting that in  2012, after  the book of Michael Ebmeyer  «Newcomer», a feature film was  made, which was released under the name «As ill luck would have it, Siberia». The episodes from feature film: Siberians plains, cultural diversity of Russia by eyes of German and confrontation of various types of outlook will be shown.

The measures will pass within a framework of  2012 / 2013  the Year of Germany in Russia .
