On June 14, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Kh. Ayupova took part in the work of the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction of "Culture", which was held in the city of Samara under the leadership of the governor of the Samara region D.I. Azarov.
Members of the working group of the State Council, including: heads of regions, the leadership of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, parliamentarians, heads of the country's largest museums, cultural and art workers, discussed the development of the creative industry and the implementation of cultural initiatives. The discussion took place during the Volga Festival "VolgaFest-2021".
The meeting announced the start of collecting applications for grants from the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives. The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Kh. Ayupova takes part in the work of the competition Commission of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
The Republic of Tatarstan has extensive experience in the development of creative industries, and the creative communities of the Samara region and Tatarstan are in constant interaction, implementing joint projects. As speakers of the VolgaFest-2021 festival were also invited the leaders of the Chak-Chak museum, the wife of Polosin, the poetess Anna Russ, the assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan OA Baltusova. One of the pavilions of the festival is dedicated to Kazan.
Earlier, on June 12, in the park of culture and recreation. Yuri Gagarin held the regional Tatar national holiday "Sabantuy - 2021", dedicated to the 170th anniversary of the Samara province. This year it was celebrated 32 times. Among the guests of the holiday was the Governor of the Samara region Dmitry Azarov. Today, 127 thousand Tatars live in the Samara region, there are 18 Tatar national-cultural associations, 13 schools in the region teach the Tatar language and literature. The Yaktylyk school operates in Samara with an in-depth study of the Tatar language and literature. With the support of the regional government, the newspapers "Berdemlek" ("Unity") are published.
