The Russian State Library "House of Pashkov" in Moscow hosted a forum "Librarian of the Future"

The Russian State Library “Pashkov's House” in Moscow hosted the “Librarian of the Future” forum as part of the celebration of the All-Russian Day of Libraries.

The event was attended by: Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Yarilova, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, General Director of the Russian State Library Vadim Duda, General Director of the Russian National Library Vladimir Gronsky, Deputy Director of the Department of Regional Policy, Education and Project Management of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation Lydia Fedyakina.

The forum had a face-to-face and distance nature and was divided into sections: section "Comparing views on the competence of librarians: Russian and world experience", expert panel "Results of the foresight session" Librarian of the Future ", section of project initiatives" Horizons of joint actions of the community "Living Libraries", section "Librarian in the Atlas of New Professions".

At the end, the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova made a video congratulation, after which the ceremony of awarding the regions for their achievements in the library sphere took place.
