On April 10, residents of the Republic of Tatarstan will write the most emotional text in the history of Total Dictation
According to an already established good tradition, on April 10 at 14:00, at the same time in more than 1000 cities in 70 countries of the world, people will take a pen in their hands and write a dictation with the ability to test their own knowledge of the Russian language.
The author of the 2021 dictation was Dmitry Glukhovsky, a writer, radio host, journalist, screenwriter, author of such bestsellers as Metro 2033, Metro 2035 and Text. Especially for the action, he wrote a whole story dedicated to the theme of the heritage and self-realization of women. The author confesses: "I wanted to write a living, emotional story that is inspired by the events that happened in my family." Based on the written text, a short film "Promises" was shot, which will be shown on all platforms to the participants of the action before writing the dictation.
In the Republic of Tatarstan, it will be possible to write a dictation in the Russian language at more than 400 sites in all cities and regions of the republic. You can choose a site that is convenient and interesting for yourself in your area on the website totaldict.ru.
In 2021, the main platforms for writing dictation will be: the Pushkin Cultural Center, the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of the K (P) FU. The dictation can also be written in the Federation of Trade Unions, the residence of the creative industries "Shtab", in the district and city Houses of Friendship of Peoples, the Mega shopping center in Kazan, at the school of the future "Adymnar - the path to knowledge and harmony", gymnasium №93 Kazan, IT-park in Naberezhnye Chelny and many other sites of the republic.
On specially organized sites of the action, foreign students will write the TRuD test, which includes a simplified text of the dictation and testing in the Russian language.
The dictation will be checked by leading experts, teachers and philologists of the Russian National-Cultural Association of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On March 31, registration for the Total Dictation site was opened on the official website of the project. Here you can select a settlement of the Republic of Tatarstan and a site convenient for writing. Registration is required to maintain a comfortable location for the participants of the action at each site.
