These days Kazan hosts the Forum of Young Professionals Living Outside the Republic of Tatarstan. Young specialists living outside the Republic of Tatarstan take part here. Geography of participants - Moscow, Astrakhan, St. Petersburg, USA, China, Canada, Great Britain, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan. As well as participants who have returned and are working in Tatarstan, who also continue to actively work in the society and develop it.
The work of the forum is structured according to the following modules: meetings with relevant ministries, a session on scaling Tatarstan's practices beyond its borders, lessons from the pandemic: world experience, best world practices applicable in Tatarstan, formation of the Tatarstan Ambassadors community.
Participants are project managers, leaders or representatives of the following areas: IT, machine learning, economics, culture, education, medicine, digital marketing, sports.
Yesterday, within the framework of the session on the promotion of the Tatar language, where representatives of the Tatar Congress and the youth organization "Selet" took part, the Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova met with the forum participants. The discussion took place on the basis of the "Boiling Point" at the "IT-Park". Young people offered interesting ideas in the field of culture, such as: creating photo projects illustrating the life of ordinary people with an exposition in the spaces of the shopping center, organizing business meetings with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in Sabantui, and more.
The Minister supported the requests of the forum participants and suggested working them out in detail.
The outcome of the forum will be projects and ideas that can be implemented on the basis of the Republic of Tatarstan, and a mechanism for scaling Tatarstan's best practices beyond its borders.
The forum will run until December 19.
