Exhibition "Open to the World" will open in the Kazan Kremlin

From December 23, 2020 at the Museum of the History of Statehood of the Tatar People and the Republic of Tatarstan, an exhibition "Open to the World" will begin work, dedicated to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatarstan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of Tatarstan.

The exhibition introduces the history of relations between the Republic of Tatarstan and international partners, cultural and economic aspects of cooperation, which is largely aimed at maintaining peace and stability in relations between countries.

The exhibition presents a gift writing set - a gift from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey RecepTayyipErdogan, a sculpture "Flying Ship" and a calligraphy set made by masters of the People's Republic of China, samples of weapons art from Japan, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

A special place is occupied by photographs, awards, letters of thanks and diplomatic gifts presented during international visits and meetings of the first President of the Republic of TatarstanM.Sh. Shaimievand  current President R.N. Minnikhanov - items stored in the funds of the Kazan Kremlin Museum-Reserve.

The exhibition "Open to the World" is organized with the assistance of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The exhibition will run until February 28, 2021.
