People's Artist of Tatarstan Aydar Khafizov dies
Theatrical art of the Republic of Tatarstan has suffered an irreparable loss - today, after a serious illness, at the age of 78, an outstanding artist of the Tatar theater, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, People's Artist of the Republic of TatarstanAydarKhafizov has died. Since 1978 he has played on the stage of the G. Kamal Tatar State Academic Theater.
The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan brings its deepest condolences to the family and friends, colleagues of the People's Artist.
Farewell to the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation will take place tomorrow at 12:00 on the square in front of theKamal theater.

Aydar Khafizov was born on May 20, 1943 in the village of Kon, Pestrechinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 1970 he graduated from the Kazan Theater School and was admitted to the Kamal Theater. In subsequent years, he worked as a director of the Tatar people's theater of the House of Culture named after Lenin, administrator of the Tatar State Puppet Theater, artist of the Tatgosfilarmoniya and the Republican Mobile Theater (now the K. Tinchurin Theater). Since 1978 - artist of the Galiasgar Kamal Tatar State Academic Theater.
He was a real master of the stage, have taken in the best traditions of the Tatar actor’s school. The images he created in performances based on plays by Tatar, Russian, world drama revealed extraordinary breadth of the artist's creative range. For more than 40 years of work in the theater, he has created more than 80 characters in performances of the classical and modern repertoire. The artist had great success in today's theater repertoire. Vannus), Mike Stern - "My white kalfak" (I. Yuzeev), Khalil Abjalilov - "To wake up the hearts of people" (R. Mukhammatshin), Abdelkhan - "And the day lasts longer than a century" (Ch. Aitmatov) and many others.
A special place in the theatrical practice of AydarKhafizov was occupied by director's practice. The drama “The Destiny We Choose” (T. Minnullin), staged by him in the Insaniyat troupe, enjoyed great success for many years. The actor, who perfectly knows history and culture of the Tatar people, was often attracted as a stage director of creative and musical and poetry evenings of a republican scale. It was in A. Khafizov's production that the evenings dedicated to such outstanding personalities as Mardzhani, Mukhammedyar, S. Saidashev, H. Taktash, N. Isanbet, A. Yeniki and many others took place.
