Flowers were solemnly laid in Kazan at the monument of the Tatar composer Salikh Saydashev

On December 3, at 10:30 am, in front of the building of the IFMK KFU, a solemn laying of flowers was held at the monument to the Tatar composer Salikh Saydashev in honor of the 120th anniversary of his birth.

The event was attended by  Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Khakimzyanov and representatives of creative unions: the Union of Composers, the Union of Writers, the Union of Theater Workers.

The ceremony participants marked e innovation and revolutionary nature of the works by  S. Saydashev, his genius and simplicity. “The work by  Salikh Saydashev is one of the brightest pages of multinational Soviet music, it is an important historical milestone in the spiritual development of the Tatar people,”  Lenar Khakimzyanov   said.

We remind you that within the framework of the decade of memory of Salikh Saydashev, the Museum of S. Saydashev holds a series of events.
