The VII International "Abyazov Festival" will be held in Kazan
The theme of the VII International "Abyazov-festival" became fairy tales, myths and legends. It will be held in Kazan from December 7 to January 28 under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The artistic director of the festival and the chief conductor of the LaPrimavera orchestra Rustem Abyazov promises that this year the "Abyazov-festival", in spite of everything, promises is to be "explosive", at least in terms of the number of ideas.
On the first day of the festival, December 7, at the G. S. Saydashev will host the premiere of the play "Shurale: A New Fantasy to Music from Ballet", which is staged by Ilgiz Zainiev, artistic director of the Tatar State Puppet Theater "Ekiyat".
The performance will be a puppet show: semi-ballet-semi-performance music by Farida Yarullina, accompanied by the LaPrimavera orchestra. The audience will get acquainted with a completely new reading of one of the most recognizable music in Tatastan through puppets.
The Tuvan group "HUUN-HUUR-Tu" and one of the best guslars in Russia Gudimir are invited to the program of the first concert.
On the second day of the festival, on December 14, another premiere is promised - the one-act mono-opera The Nutcracker - for soprano and chamber orchestra - with the participation of Alina Sharipzhanova.
The most famous items from the music of the ballet "The Nutcracker" will sound without any changes. They will be united by a vocal part, for which the poetess Albina Absalyamova wrote the verse.
On the same evening, the Moscow ensemble named after Dmitry Pokrovsky will appear on the stage, with which the orchestra will perform the musical act "The Lay of Igor's Host" by composer Alexey Shelygin. Arranged for chamber orchestra specially for the "Abyazov-festival". The concert will take place at the GBKZ after S. Saydashev.
The festival program will end on January 28 at the Saydash Cultural Center. For the first time in Kazan will be shown the production of the famous ballet by Igor Stravinsky "Apollo Musaget". Accompanied by the orchestra LaPrimavera, the chamber ballet "Panther" will perform a new choreography by the artistic director of the troupe, Nayil Ibragimov.
