Within the framework of a working trip to Zakamye, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova visited Nizhnekamsk today. Head of the department took part in the ceremonial opening after the overhaul of the Children's Art School No. 1. In 2020, within the framework of co-financing from the federal budget, funds in the amount of 39,740.3 thousand rubles were allocated for its overhaul.
In the gallery "Reflection" Irada Khafizyanovna got acquainted with exhibition of the graduates of the children's art school: the diploma works by students of different years were exhibited here.
Irada Ayupova noted that the Nizhnekamsk art school, which has a rich cultural history, has always been a forge of talented restorers and professional artists. The Minister wished the teaching staff and students creative success and new victories.

Children's Art School No. 1 of Nizhnekamsk was founded in 1971. If in the first year of study number of students was only 25 people, today there are more than 640 of them.
The pride of the school is the presence of an exhibition gallery called "Reflection": personal exhibitions of professional artists of the school are successfully held here.
The school traditionally promotes children's art in the city, Tatarstan, Russia and abroad (Japan, Hungary. Romania, Germany, Poland, Egypt, etc.). Students of the school are active participants in all kinds of regional, zonal, international competitions and olympiads, exhibitions of children's art and successfully win prizes and receive diplomas of participants.
