Today, September 24, the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova made a presentation at an online conference.
The Minister stressed that at present the cultural institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan are actively represented on the Internet. In 2020, cultural institutions published more than 35 thousand events with a total number of views of about 20 million people. Concerts and performances, exhibitions and excursions, creative meetings and master classes, lecture halls and flash mobs, as well as other interesting forms of online events were presented in digital format.
In her speech, Irada Ayupova noted 3 main aspects in the issue of digitalization of the cultural industry in the Republic.
The first is project activity, primarily related to the implementation of the national project "Culture".
One of the regional projects - "Digital Culture" made it possible to create 5 virtual concert halls in Tatarstan, develop systems of virtual museums, and also start working with the portal "National Electronic Library of the Republic of Tatarstan" (NEB RT), which will provide citizens with free access to full-text electronic publications ...
The next direction is determined by the fruitful cooperation of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as partnership with Yandex to create a unified information system containing information about all events and activities in the field of culture and art held in Tatarstan.
Another very important component of the use of digital resources can be traced in the example of the development of content for an educational educational communication environment for children and youth.
Here the minister noted the experience of implementing the republican cultural and educational project "Cultural diary of a schoolchild" for primary school students (grades 1-4).
More than 80 thousand users are registered on the portal "Pupil's Cultural Diary" with elements of a social network. Children's cultural events are announced, news about significant cultural and historical events are published, interesting excerpts from children's blogs are published, discussions and polls on cultural and educational topics are held.
The tasks for the near future are to create conditions for digital transformation and integration of projects in the field of culture.
