The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the acceptance of applications for the provision of subsidies to non-profit organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of projects in the field of cinematography in 2020-2021.
Topics (specified in the application), genres of films and the amount of the subsidy:
a short documentary film about the heroes of Tatarstan, military-patriotic clubs and movements, military units and ships worth 500,000 rubles;
a film about the history of the Kazan Admiralty - a short documentary for 500.0 thousand rubles;
a short documentary film worth 500.0 thousand rubles about outstanding representatives of subcultures who have contributed to the public life of Tatarstan people;
a film dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory - a short documentary for 500.0 thousand rubles;
a film aimed at promoting universal values (for the embodiment of the winning scenario of the Open Republican Screenplay Competition) - full-length fiction film for 2,000.0 thousand rubles;
a film that popularizes the rural way of life and the cooperative format of management among young people - a short fiction film for 1000.0 thousand rubles;
children's cinema aimed at the education of morality - feature-length fiction films for 1000.0 thousand rubles;
animation films dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory and aimed at fostering patriotism - by 1000.0 thousand rubles.
To receive a subsidy, non-profit organizations submit to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan (address: 420015, Kazan, Pushkin st., 66/33):
a cover letter to the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan;
an application for a subsidy (download link: /file/mincult/File/Application_fin.support_.doc) with the following documents attached:
script with an indication of the author (s);
a short synopsis with an indication of the author (s);
short director's explication;
composition of the creative team;
filmography of the director, scriptwriter (s) and producer;
scheduling plan;
calculation and justification of the costs associated with the implementation of the project;
information on co-financing of the project (if any) indicating the source of co-financing funds;
information on the available material, technical and human resources for the implementation of the project;
project promotion strategy.
copies of constituent documents of a legal entity;
a copy of the certificate of state registration as a legal entity (a copy of the entry sheet of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities);
a copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority;
an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
documents confirming the absence of an unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees.

The determination of the recipients of subsidies and the allocation of subsidies will be carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 20.06.2017 No. 395 "On approval of the Procedure for the provision of subsidies at the expense of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-commercial organizations (except for subsidies to state (municipal) institutions) for financial support. costs associated with the implementation of projects and activities in the field of culture, and amending the Procedure for the provision of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations (with the exception of subsidies to state (municipal) institutions) in order to reimburse costs for the implementation of projects in the field of culture, approved Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 12.05.2014 No. 314 ".
